Refund policy

Subscriptions

Rezlynx PMS is billed monthly in arrears. If you cancel mid-month, we will invoice pro rata to the last day of use. If we have already invoiced a full month, we will refund the unused portion to the payment method on file within 14 days of cancellation.

Setup fee

The one-off Full Estate Setup fee (£790) covers migration and two days of on-site staff training. If we have not yet begun migration work and no training has been scheduled, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once migration begins, the fee is refundable pro rata to work not yet performed.

Hands-on trial

We do not offer a public open-ended free trial. Instead we offer a scheduled guided walkthrough of the extranet on a sample estate, followed by a fourteen-day hands-on trial for eligible Country Cottage properties — no card details required, no obligation.

Consumer rights

Where the Customer is a natural person contracting outside their trade, business, craft or profession, statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and are not affected by this policy.

How to request a refund

Write to support@rezlynxportal.org with your account name, the invoice number, and the reason. We will confirm receipt within one working day and process the refund within 14 days if approved.

Disputes

If we cannot agree on a refund, you may raise the matter with your payment provider under their chargeback process, or with a UK alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme approved under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015. UK residents may also refer disputes to the Courts of England and Wales.
