Cotswold Grange

A privately-owned 22-key Georgian manor with a Michelin-recommended kitchen and a walled kitchen garden, half an hour from Cheltenham.

Cotswold Grange came to Rezlynx from an ageing on-premise PMS whose vendor had exited the market. The reservation history — six years of house parties, weddings and returning shoots — was rescued in migration, and the general manager kept every guest note in the transition. Within three months of go-live, direct-booking share rose from 51% to 63%. The night audit, which had been consuming the duty manager for the best part of an hour, was condensed into a twenty-minute sign-off.

Windermere House

A 14-room lakeside country hotel with a spa, private jetty and a helipad. Owner-managed since 2003, four generations of the family on the grounds.

Windermere House had run on spreadsheets for two decades — with respectable results — but reservations were being lost at the peak of Wordsworth season and the owner-manager was doing his own OTA sync at 22:00 every night. Rezlynx took the OTA sync off his desk, joined the spa and dining ledgers to the room folio, and gave the owner the daily digest email that has replaced his 22:00 spreadsheet run entirely.

Dales End Estate

A 34-room estate hotel across a main house, courtyard and three self-catering cottages, with a working grouse moor and an events barn for weddings.

Dales End is a proper heritage estate: main house, courtyard rooms, three cottages half a mile down the track, an events barn, and a shooting operation that runs from August through January. The previous PMS treated the whole thing as if it were a single block of thirty-four rooms — reservations for a stag party ended up allocated across the shoot lodge and the honeymoon suite. Rezlynx models the estate correctly as three properties on one ledger, with the events barn treated as its own venue.
