The Rezlynx marketing website (rezlynxportal.org) uses a deliberately small set of cookies. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell cookie data to third parties.

Strictly necessary

rz_session — session cookie used when a member of hotel staff signs in to the extranet. Duration: session only. Cannot be disabled.

rz_csrf — cross-site request forgery token issued during checkout and access-request submissions. Duration: 2 hours.

rz_cart — local storage (technically not a cookie) used to persist the shopping basket between page loads. Cleared when you clear browser storage.

Preferences

rz_lang — remembers your interface language. Duration: 12 months.

Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics or any other advertising analytics platform. Server-side aggregated hit counts are kept for capacity planning; these do not use cookies and do not identify individuals.

Managing cookies

You can clear, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking rz_session will prevent access to the extranet. Our approach follows the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and ICO guidance on consent for non-essential cookies.
