It carries reservations from OTA feeds and direct enquiries into a single arrivals list, drives the night audit, holds guest ledgers with split folios for spa, dining and stabling charges, and produces the printed run-sheet the duty manager takes into the morning stand-up. The interface is calm, deliberately spare, and reads well on the older monitors most reception desks in the Cotswolds and Lake District are still running.
